Justine graduated from cosmetology school in 2009 and began her career in traditional salons before transitioning into retail management. While she gained valuable leadership, customer service, and marketing experience, her passion for the beauty industry never faded.
In 2022, she took a leap of faith and founded JJ_lashandhair, building a business centered around helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. For the past four years, she has specialized in lash extensions, brows, hair, and esthetics, and she's thrilled to be back behind the chair full-time — combining her love for hairstyling with the artistry of lashes and brows.
